Samuel Hartstein was born in Paterson, New Jersey, in 1949. He attended the American University, (B.S., 1971) and Hofstra Law School, (J.D., 1974). He was admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey in 1974 and the Bar of the State of New York in 1976. He is primarily engaged in the areas of real estate, estate planning and probate, and municipal court defense, including speeding and DWI.
