Hartstein & Hartstein is counsel to public corporations listed on the American Stock Exchange and has acted as closing counsel for Republic National Bank in New Jersey.
Our firm was involved in the 1985 landmark case of Schulz vs. the Archdiocese of Newark (95 NJ 530) which sought to overturn the long-standing charitable immunity statute. Our attorneys were also involved in the appeal which was presented before the United States Supreme Court.
